Insight & Growth
Accessing Services

Our professional relationship will provide you with information, strategies, and a supportive environment where you can talk openly and confidentially about your strengths, challenges, and areas of difficulty. As a psychologist, I am trained and skilled in helping people change their thoughts, beliefs and behaviors, discover new strengths, and find a more satisfying and fulfilling life. Our work together will be guided by the goals that are important to you, and it is important that you share with me the concerns that are important to you. You have the right to be informed about the potential benefits and risks of therapy, and the expected outcomes of our work together.

You do not need a referral to access our services, and can contact us directly. We are a private clinic with no external funding, so clients pay us directly. We provide receipts which you may be able to submit for reimbursement to an extended health care plan (if you have one), but you should contact your plan provider for more specific details about your coverage. Payment is expected at the time services are provided to you. You can read more about our Payment Policy here.

Our support to you will be more effective if we have some background information prior to our first session - the more information, the better.  To ensure confidentiality, you can send this info as a password-protected Word attachment and send the password in a separate email.

You can download or print our package of intake forms for children and adults.
